What it costs to find out
A visit costs $150. That pays for the trip and the time it takes to find the fault with a meter, not a guess. If you say yes to the repair, the $150 comes off.
You get the repair price before any work starts. The parts we put in and our labor are under warranty for 90 days.

Before you call
Four checks that save a trip
- Look at the breaker and the GFCI. Garage and kitchen outlets trip after storms, and a dead fridge or washer sometimes just needs a reset.
- Find the model number. A photo of the sticker lets us bring the right parts the first time. Text it to (469) 720-0002.
- Write down any code on the display. "E4" or a flashing light pattern points us at a short list of parts.
- Check the water or gas supply. A half-closed valve behind the washer or a kinked fridge line looks a lot like a broken part.

Send the shop the details
Send this and it lands in our inbox at service@kgappliancerepair.com. We call you back during business hours (weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM) to pick a time. If water is spreading across the floor, shut the valve and call (469) 720-0002.
A model number speeds things up. Look for the sticker inside the fridge wall, around the dishwasher door edge, under the cooktop, or on the back of the dryer door opening. You can also text a photo of it to (469) 720-0002.
Questions
Straight answers
What does the visit cost?
It's $150. If you have us do the repair, we drop the $150. If you decide not to fix it, the $150 covers the visit and the diagnosis.
Do you give a price before you start?
Yes. The tech finds the fault, tells you what part it needs and what the repair costs, and waits for your yes before touching anything.
What's covered by the warranty?
Parts we install and the labor to put them in, for 90 days. If the same repair fails in that window, we come back and make it right.
Can I use a coupon?
Seniors get 15% off. Everybody else can take $10 off any repair. It's one or the other on a job, not both.
Can I text you?
Yes. (469) 720-0002 takes texts as well as calls. A photo of the model sticker or the error code is a big help.
Where do you work?
Seven counties, all reached from our Dallas base: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, Ellis and Johnson. Open the county list above to find your city.
