Booking
How do I book?
Call or text (469) 720-0002 during shop hours, Monday to Friday 8 to 5, or send the booking form any time and we'll call you back.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. The same number takes texts. Send the appliance, the brand, the model number if you have it, and your ZIP code.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older needs to be there to let the tech in and approve the repair price.
Do you work weekends?
No. Our hours run weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pricing
What does the visit cost?
$150 for the service call, and it's free when you go with the repair.
Do I get a price before work starts?
Yes, always. Parts and labor as one number, and nothing happens until you say yes.
Do you have coupons?
Yes. Seniors get 15% off, and anyone can take $10 off a repair. One coupon per job.
How can I pay?
We take all major credit cards, cash, check, Zelle and PayPal.
Repairs
What do you repair?
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and cooktops, microwaves, ice makers and range hoods.
Which brands?
Twenty-two, including GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Bosch, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador.
Is it worth fixing?
Most of the time, yes. When it's not, the tech tells you before you spend anything beyond the visit.
What's the warranty?
90 days on parts we install and on our labor.
Area
Where do you go?
We drive to homes in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, Ellis and Johnson counties.
Where are you based?
Dallas. The tech comes to you, so there's no shop counter to visit.
