Step by step
- You book. Call, text or send the form. Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it's doing.
- The tech diagnoses it. That's the $150 service call: the drive, the testing and an answer.
- You get the repair price. Parts and labor, as one number, before anything gets taken apart for the repair.
- You decide. Say yes and the $150 comes off. Say no and you've paid for the visit and the diagnosis, nothing more.
What moves the price
The part is the biggest factor. A door switch, an igniter or a drain pump sits at one end. A control board, a compressor or a cracked glass top sits at the other.
Access matters too. A stacked washer, a built-in fridge or a wall oven takes longer to get into than a freestanding range.
And sometimes the honest answer is that the repair costs too much for what the machine is worth. When that happens, the tech says so.
Paying
We take all major credit cards, cash, check, Zelle or PayPal.
Questions
Price questions
Why is there a service call fee?
It pays for the drive and the diagnosis. Finding the fault takes a meter and time, and that's the part of the job that tells you whether a repair is worth it.
When is the service call free?
When you go with the repair. The $150 comes off the total.
Can you quote a repair over the phone?
We can tell you what the usual causes are and roughly how parts compare. A real price needs the tech to test the machine, because the same symptom can come from a $30 part or a $300 one.
Do coupons apply to the service call?
Coupons come off the repair. Seniors get 15% off, or anyone can take $10 off. One coupon per job.
What if the repair fails again?
Parts we install and our labor are covered for 90 days. If the same repair fails in that time, we come back and fix it.
How can I pay?
All major credit cards, cash, check, Zelle or PayPal, whichever is easiest for you.
