What we collect
When you call, text, email or send the booking form, we get what you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code or address, the appliance and what's wrong with it, and any photos you send.
How we use it
To schedule and do the repair, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the work for the warranty. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
Our web host and email provider store messages sent through the site. Parts suppliers may see a model number, never your personal details. We share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics to see which pages are useful, we'll update this page to say so.
Text messages
If you text us, we reply about your repair. We don't send marketing texts.
